Geoff Dell is currently completing a PhD researching airline baggage handler injuries and conducting research at Ballarat University. His other qualifications include Master of Applied Science (OH & S) Degree, Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management and has completed the USC Aviation Safety Program Management Course.

In 1997, Geoff Dell received the Flight Safety Foundation Ramp Safety Award in Dubai UAE and Dr Eric Wigglesworth Award, delivered at the VIOSH Awards Annual dinner.
Sheryl Dell is currently reviewing Protocol's Behavioural-based Safety Program after a successful pilot and commercial trial period. It is anticipated that the First Protocol - Safe Behaviour Program will soon be available as a download from this web site.
